Summary

I am a second-year Ph.D. student jointly trained by Zhejiang University and Shanghai Innovation Institute. My research focuses on AI for drug discovery, large language models (LLMs), and graph neural networks (GNNs). I work on key problems including LLM agents, idea generation, virtual screening, molecular property prediction, molecular optimization, and structure prediction. I also have strong large-scale data engineering experience, including building TB-scale datasets from scratch and training on billion-scale data.

  • Fine-tuned Llama3.1, Qwen2.5, GLM4, and DeepSeek for QA extraction in the employee assistant scenario and shipped the system online.
